Wool Warehouse Co., Downtown Albuquerque 2021

YDI Wool Warehouse Co., originally known as the Arizona-New Mexico Wool Warehouse, is located on First Street NW in Downtown Albuquerque.

Designed in 1928-29 by Architect T. Charles Gaastra and built by owner Frank Bond.

On the New Mexico State Register of Cultural Properties (1980) and the National Register of Historic Places (1981), locals say it’s haunted.
